AI email assistant, now in early access

A quieter inbox,
without reading every email

QuellPost unsubscribes you from the mail you never read, rolls the newsletters you keep into one daily digest, and drafts replies in your own voice. Drafts wait in your mailbox until you send them.

Outlook and IMAP mailboxes first, Gmail after Google's security review. We never sell your email data.

Most of your inbox is mail you never asked to keep

Newsletters, promotions and notifications arrive faster than anyone can read them, and the messages from real people sink underneath. Unsubscribing one sender at a time takes longer than deleting, so the pile keeps growing.

What QuellPost does

Unsubscribe in bulk

See every sender that mails you regularly, with how often they write and how often you open them. Unsubscribe from a dozen in one pass, using each sender's own unsubscribe link.

One digest instead of fifty newsletters

Keep the lists you actually like and read them together once a day, in a single summary email, instead of letting each one interrupt you.

New senders wait for your approval

Mail from someone writing to you for the first time goes to a holding folder. Allow them once and they reach your inbox from then on.

Replies drafted in your voice

QuellPost learns your tone from mail you have sent and drafts replies for the threads that need one. Drafts sit in your Drafts folder until you edit and send them.

Clear out the mail you never read. Get help with the mail that matters.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Connect a mailbox

Sign in with Microsoft for Outlook, or add an IMAP account with an app password. Your mail stays with your provider.

  2. Step 2

    Clean up

Review your senders and choose for each one: unsubscribe, send to the daily digest, or keep in the inbox.

  3. Step 3

    Let it help

Turn on reply drafts, thread summaries and a short morning briefing of what needs an answer.

Your email stays yours

  • Headers only for cleanupUnsubscribing and sorting read who sent a message, not what it says.
  • Nothing sent without youReplies stay in your drafts. You press send.
  • Delete it all in one requestDisconnect any time and ask us to erase your account data.

Questions

Which email providers will work?

Outlook and Microsoft 365 come first, along with Yahoo, AOL, iCloud and Fastmail over IMAP. Gmail follows once Google's security review is complete; every app that reads Gmail has to pass it.

Does QuellPost read my email?

Cleaning up only needs sender and header information, not the message itself. The AI features read a message only when they summarize it or draft a reply, and the text is processed in memory and not stored.

Will it send email for me?

No. Replies are saved as drafts in your own mailbox and you decide whether to send them. The only messages sent from your account are unsubscribe requests, and only to senders that accept them by email, after you choose to unsubscribe.

Is unsubscribing the same as blocking?

No. When a sender offers an unsubscribe link we use it, so they stop mailing you. When a sender offers none, we can file their mail away automatically instead, and we tell you clearly that this is a block, not an unsubscribe.

Do you sell or share my data?

No. We do not sell, rent or share your email data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train general purpose AI models.

How much will it cost?

A free plan will cover scanning your inbox and your first unsubscribes. Unlimited cleanup and the AI assistant will be paid plans, and prices will be published before launch.

Can I delete everything?

Yes. Disconnecting a mailbox revokes our access, and one request deletes your account data. See the data deletion page for details.
