These terms govern your use of quellpost.com and the QuellPost email management service. By using the service you agree to them. Questions go to hello@quellpost.com.

Early access

QuellPost is in early access. Features may change, and the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We will tell early access users before any paid plan applies to them.

Your account and mailbox

You must be able to authorize access to any mailbox you connect. You are responsible for the actions you choose in the service, such as unsubscribing from a sender or sending a draft reply.

What the service does on your behalf

QuellPost acts on your mailbox only as you instruct: it follows unsubscribe links or sends unsubscribe requests you approve, moves messages into folders you choose, and saves reply drafts. It does not send replies for you.

Acceptable use

Do not use QuellPost to access mailboxes you are not authorized to use, to send unsolicited mail, or to interfere with the service or other users.

Ending use

You can stop using QuellPost and disconnect your mailboxes at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, QuellPost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell users by email.
